All my professional career has been focused on people and building successful relations with them. This helped me develop a keen eye and good ear so that I am able to understand others quite easily.

I have always showed a high level of empathy and thanks to this I have been able to become a helpful friend and a successful coach for peers at work.

I listen attentively, encourage my mentees to open up and speak and through asking adequate questions, I am able to encourage others to review their professional situation, think of what they want to make a priority and then find ways how to achieve the goals that we identify together.

Over the past almost two years, I have been involved in two exciting initiatives, Mentoring @ GE programme as well as I have pursued with my own Outcome Focused Coaching project inside the company.
